With over 30 years of practice, Adriana Braghetta is a leading reference in arbitration in Latin America. She acts both as counsel and as arbitrator — sole arbitrator, tribunal president or co-arbitrator — in domestic and international arbitrations under the world’s foremost institutions.

She presides the Market Arbitration Chamber (CAM B3), in São Paulo, alongside Francisco Satiro. She teaches arbitration and international contracts at FGV Law and coordinates the arbitration programme at CEU Law School, in addition to lecturing at institutions in Brazil and abroad.

Academic engagement

A professor of arbitration since 2003. She teaches at FGV Law, in the postgraduate programme on Arbitration and International Contracts, since 2022, and has coordinated the arbitration programme at CEU Law School since 2012. Visiting professor of the LLM in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution (TADS) at Sciences Po, in Paris (2024), and of the extension course at PUC-COGEAE.
